This Cookie Policy explains how Jua Technologies Holdings LLC (“Jua Technologies,” “AcreageAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies on AcreageAI. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device to store information, typically so a site can recognize your browser between visits. We keep our use of cookies deliberately narrow — there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on AcreageAI.

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These keep you signed in and your session secure. AcreageAI cannot function without them, so they aren’t optional and aren’t covered by a cookie-consent toggle.

• Session/authentication cookie — issued when you sign in, used to recognize your authenticated session on each request. Expires on sign-out or after a period of inactivity.

2. Analytics Cookies

We use a private, self-hosted analytics platform on our own infrastructure rather than a third party’s, to understand aggregate usage of the Service — which pages and features are used, and how often. Matomo sets first-party cookies to distinguish returning visitors from new ones. This data is not shared with advertising networks, and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Our marketing site’s “Request a Demo” button opens a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. If you interact with that widget, Cal.com may set its own cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies, independent of us. This widget only loads when you click “Request a Demo” — it is not present in the authenticated workspace.

4. Controlling Cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the session cookie described in Section 1 is required to keep you signed in, blocking it will prevent you from using the authenticated parts of AcreageAI. Blocking the analytics cookie in Section 2 has no effect on your ability to use the Service.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above.
